Milí krajané, přátelé,
srdečně Vás všechny opět zdravím. Vstupujeme do měsíce února, který je bohatý na různé církevní oslavy a události. Již 2. února budeme slavit svátek Uvedení Páně do chrámu, jak se lidově říká „Hromnice“.
Dne 11. února si připomeneme výročí zjevení Panny Marie v Lurdech. Tento den je světovým Dnem modliteb za nemocné. A již 17. února budeme slavit tzv. Popeleční středu – začátek 40denní postní doby, přípravy na největší křesťanské svátky – Velikonoce. Kromě těchto velkých svátků budeme též slavit svátek populárního sv. Valentina (14.2.).
Na přímluvu Panny Marie, sv. Valentina a všech svatých Vám všem přeji krásné a požehnané prožití měsíce února a celé postní doby, hodně zdraví, pokoje a lásky…

Heartfelt greeting to all of you again!
We are entering the month of February, which is rich in various church celebrations and events. As early as February 2nd we will be celebrating the feast of the Presentation of the Lord at the Temple, also known as “Hromnice” (Candlemas Day). On February 11th, we will commemorate the anniversary of the apparition of the Virgin Mary in Lourdes. This day is the world’s Day of Prayer for the sick. And as early as February 17th we will be celebrating Ash Wednesday – the beginning of the 40-day Lent period, which is the preparation for the biggest Christian holiday – Easter. In addition to these significant holidays, we will also celebrate the feast of the popular St. Valentine (2.14.).
By the intercession of the Virgin Mary, St. Valentine, and all the saints, I am wishing you all a beautiful and blessed month of February and the whole Lenten season, a lot of health, peace, and love…
