Mons. Dušan Hladík, misionář z Chicaga a předseda Českých misií v Kalifornii, oznamuje, že v následujících měsících bude působit především v Los Angeles a odtud navštěvovat také San Diego a San Francisco. V době postní zve věřící k duchovní obnově, zejména ke svaté zpovědi, modlitbě a účasti na českých bohoslužbách. Od 22. března se budou každou neděli konat české mše svaté na Velehradě v Los Angeles. Věřící jsou také srdečně zváni k prožívání Svatého týdne a velikonočních obřadů v českém jazyce – od Květné neděle v San Diegu až po slavnost Zmrtvýchvstání Páně na Velehradě. Setkání budou doprovázena modlitbami, křížovou cestou, společným setkáním po mši a dalšími duchovními aktivitami.

Father Libor Churý – A Life Journey to the Priesthood and to America
The life journey of Father Libor Churý began in Moravia and gradually unfolded through years of study, parish life, and priestly ministry. From a childhood closely connected to the local church, through a period of discernment and formation, to his first priestly assignments and many years of service in Moravian parishes, his story follows a steady and reflective path of service. Each stage brought new responsibilities and experiences that shaped the steps that followed. Otec Libor Churý – kněz na cestě z Moravy do Ameriky
Životní cesta otce Libora Churého se začala psát na Moravě a postupně se rozvíjela skrze léta studia, farního života a kněžské služby. Od dětství úzce spjatého s místním kostelem, přes období hledání a formace, až po první kněžská působiště a dlouhodobé působení ve farnostech na Moravě, se jeho příběh odvíjí jako vytrvalá a klidná cesta služby. Každá etapa přinesla nové zkušenosti i odpovědnosti, které jej postupně formovaly pro další kroky. Dnes vstupuje otec Libor do nové kapitoly své služby v Americe, kde se věnuje duchovní péči o krajany v Chicagu a zároveň i v Kalifornii.
